Homemade snacks

When I'm running between classes the easiest thing to do is buy a packaged bar for a quick and filling snack.  My favs are Kind and RXBar fyi.  Since I'm prego, I'm trying to be extra mindful about what I put in my body.  My goal is to eat as many WHOLE foods with minimal ingredients as possible so I made these little energy bites to keep me going.  The peanut butter/chocolate/coconut mix is amazzzzzing! 

These energy balls below are so super easy, filling and delish!  You can easily add any other ingredients that sound good to you - dried cranberries, nuts, etc. 


Should take about 10 minutes and yield 20-24 balls depending on size.  
1 cup gf oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1.5 scoops @perfectfit protein
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp flax seeds
Refrigerate for 20min then roll into balls!
