On this episode I get into my philosophy of truly enjoying your food and more than that - your "primary food" no matter where you are. Call it a treat meal not a cheat meal ya know what I'm saying?! It's all about the intention behind what you're eating that will help you enjoy it more. Plus I will share some insight into what I hear as a fitness instructor during the feature "overheard in class". My goal is to help take some of the crazy out of your food/fitness routines as I address ways to change your mindset.
