So true! It’s easy to overcomplicate the whole “diet” thing. Then when it’s complicated, it’s easy to make excuses. When you make excuses you won’t achieve you’re goal and you’ll feel defeated and frustrated. Eat whole/real foods that fuel your mind and body. When you feel good and look good you won’t want to go back! Oh and be kind to yourself :)
